Frequently Asked Questions

We host all major ASIC miners including Antminer, MicroBT (Whatsminer), and Canaan Avalon models. Please contact us if you have a different brand and we'll confirm compatibility.
All clients receive access to our online monitoring portal where you can view real-time hash rate, temperature, uptime, and power consumption for each individual miner. Alerts can be configured for any anomalies.
Power is billed monthly based on actual metered consumption (kWh). Invoices are sent at the start of each month for the previous month's usage. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and select cryptocurrencies.
Our on-site technicians monitor all equipment 24/7. If a miner goes offline, we'll notify you immediately and attempt basic troubleshooting. For hardware repairs requiring parts, we'll coordinate with you on the best course of action.
We offer month-to-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year contracts. Longer terms come with lower power rates. Enterprise clients can negotiate custom terms based on their specific requirements.
Yes! Client site visits are welcome by appointment. Please contact your account manager at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a visit. All guests must present valid photo ID and sign a visitor agreement.
